Rent includes services such as – Housekeeping services six days a week, Wifi connection 40 mbps package, Tata Sky connection, Supervisor services, and other maintenance related matters are included in the rent.

GST is charged at 12% incase of unregistered individual and 18% in case of registered company.
Q. Can I get a registered lease agreement?
Upon check in, The management will provide you with a digital agreement. However, if you require a registered agreement the management can provide you with an additional charge.
Q. What happens in case of a dispute between housemates?
The management is always willing to step and settle dispute among housemates.

At Silver Fern, we either have a male only apartment or female only apartment.
Q. Do you allow sharing rooms?
At Silver Fern we offer rooms only for Single Occupancy. Sharing of rooms is not allowed.
Q. What is your guest policy?
We have a moderate guest policy; however, we expect all entry KYC details to be shared with security/ management in advance. We do have additional charges for overnight stays. Please reach out to the management in person for more details.
